+2kW Auxiliary Backup: Unico R is designed for the coldest temperatures. When the outdoor ambient temperatures are below 2°C, the heating mode is obtained by activating the electric heating elements and the fan only. For temperatures above 2°C, heating is obtained by means of a heat pump. The management of one or the other mode is completely automatic.
Reclaimed Refrigerant: Unico uses R410A reclaimed refrigerant gas. Identical to virgin refrigerant in purity and specifications, this refrigerant is reclaimed from existing industrial processes and subsequently re-processed. By avoiding the production of virgin refrigerant, Unico contributes to the development of a circular economy.
Compact Design: Measuring only 229mm in depth, the Unico is compact compared to most other units of the same power and does not require a splitter - only needs two external holes.

The Unico R 12HP is a powerful 2.6kW wall-mounted air conditioner and heater combined that does not need messy pipes or external condensers. Designed in Italy by King & Miranda Design, the Unico R 12HP is easy to install and can be placed anywhere inside your home, office, bar, hotel room and more in just a few minutes.

Air flow and air distribution are key elements for achieving perfect comfort. Unico generates up to a maximum of 490m3/hr of air flow, which is distributed efficiently throughout the room due to the large sized air vent (690 x 60mm). This results in reduced power consumption whilst still delivering the same high performance cooling and heating.
