The Thermobile Bio Energy 1 is a compact, robust 27 kW biofuel cabinet heater designed for reliable, eco-conscious heating in workshops, garages, warehouses, agricultural buildings and other industrial environments. It offers a flexible, cost-effective solution capable of running on bio-oils, vegetable oils, waste oils, diesel or red diesel.
This package includes the Thermobile Bio Energy 1 cabinet heater and Thermobile Flue Kit, providing everything required for safe, efficient operation straight out of the box. The Flue Kit consists of 5 × 1 m flue sections, terminal pipe, 2 × wall bands, roof seal and roof seal fitting kit, ensuring exhaust gases are safely vented outdoors while maintaining clean, fume-free warm air within the building. Additional 1 m flue sections and 45-degree bends can be supplied if required for specific installations.
The Bio Energy 1 achieves full combustion using a vaporising burner system, with any non-burnable residue retained in the burner pan for simple maintenance. It produces a combination of radiant heat and warm air via a top-mounted THERMO radial fan delivering 1,000 m³/h airflow. All exhaust fumes are safely expelled through the flue system so only fume-free warm air circulates in the workspace.
The heater features a 50-litre integrated fuel tank with built-in safety systems including an overheat security thermostat, flame-failure thermostat and oil overflow protection. With a fixed outlet temperature of 50–70 °C and a selectable output of 20 kW or 27 kW, it allows users to match heat levels to site requirements.
