Plug & Play: Can be installed easily by any tradesperson. It simply needs a hole to be created in a wall for exhaust fumes to be flued outside, a hole for the fresh air intake, and then plugged into a standard 240v plug socket.
Removable 55L Fuel Tank: Provides plenty of fuel to keep the heater running, can be topped up easily when needed and can be removed for cleaning.

The Thermobile Bio Energy 2 is a robust 41 kW biofuel cabinet heater designed for reliable, high-output heating in workshops, garages, warehouses, agricultural buildings and other industrial environments. It provides a cost-effective, low-emission heating solution that supports a wide range of fuel types, including bio-oils, vegetable oils, waste oils, diesel and red diesel.
This package includes the Thermobile Bio Energy 2 cabinet heater and Thermobile Flue Kit, providing everything required for safe, efficient operation straight out of the box. The Flue Kit includes 5 × 1 m flue sections, terminal pipe, 2 × wall bands, roof seal and roof seal fitting kit, ensuring exhaust gases are safely vented outdoors while only clean, fume-free warm air circulates in the workspace. Additional 1 m flue sections and 45-degree bends are available if required for custom installations.
The Bio Energy 2 achieves complete combustion using a vaporising burner system, with any non-burnable residue retained in the burner pan for easy maintenance. The unit’s large-surface heat exchanger maximises efficiency by transferring heat from exhaust gases before they exit through the flue. A high-capacity axial fan provides a strong, consistent airflow of 3,000 m³/h, ensuring quick and even heat distribution throughout the space.
This heater is equipped with a 55-litre fuel tank and advanced safety systems including an overheat thermostat, flame failure thermostat and oil overflow protection. The outlet temperature can be adjusted between 50–70 °C, and a power selector allows operation at either 24 kW or 41 kW for flexible control depending on site conditions.
