The EXHEAT STW Industrial Convector Heater is specifically engineered and certified for heating medium sized industrial and commercial spaces. With a heating capacity of up to 3kW, the EXHEAT STW unit provides three heating power options. This radiator is exceptionally efficient and suitable for heavy-duty usage in demanding environments. The convector heater boasts a sturdy steel construction, with its terminal box made of powder-coated, die cast aluminium. Featuring an IP66 rating, it offers the highest level of protection against dust and can endure powered water jets coming from all directions. To enhance its durability, the carbon steel of the heater is coated with a corrosion-resistant powder coat, featuring a subtle yet elegant RAL9007 grey. This coating not only adds aesthetic appeal but also safeguards the unit from potential damage caused by moisture and other environmental elements.  

To enhance user convenience, the STW heater offers an externally adjustable thermostat as an option. This feature enables hassle-free room temperature control from 0°C to 40°C, ensuring that the heater operates at the desired temperature range and creates a comfortable environment for users in hazardous areas. Furthermore, the unit provides options for both 240v and 110v, allowing for flexible installation and compatibility with various electrical systems.  

To ensure proper installation, the STW heater should be mounted horizontally, either on a floor or a wall, enabling unrestricted airflow around the unit. It is supplied with pre-drilled support feet as standard equipment. A convenient 25mm cable entry is provided for easier wiring during installation. This design element also serves the purpose of safeguarding the unit against the intrusion of dust and debris, which in turn helps maintain the heater's performance and durability over time.
