Diverse Power Options: Options are available forNatural gas (G20) or propane (G31) operated models. This range also others Ambient, LPHW, Gas and electric heated variants.
Versatile Instillation Options: Standard units are suitable for horizontal mounting over the top of a door. For applications requiring vertical air curtains special ‘tailor made’ units are available.
Energy Efficient: Air curtains provided a cost-efficient means of temperature control ensuring consistent environmental heating standards and thus a minimal need for prolonged use of standard heaters.
Operate in Conjunction with Conventional Heating Systems: These units compliment standard heating systems. Once a building’s built-in heating system has manufactured a desired temperature level, the air curtain system can maintain this with minimal temperature loss through air temperature seepage. Heated Units can also operate when doors are closed providing supplementary heating.
Minimal Loss of Environmental Temperatures: The AB Series creates an air curtain so effective that egress point can be kept open for more efficient building access and foot flow while minimising temperature seepage through these open areas.
Ease of Handling: Models are delivered in a modular format ensuring a seamless ability to transport the device to its required instillation location.
Remote Control Panels: These panels provide extensive functionality to the operation of the machine.
Optional Fan Speed Control: Are available for all models in the range as an added extra.
The AB series of air curtains provide a barrier of high velocity air flow that helps to negate the seepage of hot air out & cold air in through open egress points. Perfectly suited for installation over or along a door or window these units push waves of heated air across the surface area of the egress point. This creates a heat-sealing barrier that helps to regulate building temperatures.
For best operational functionality the air curtain should be mounted horizontally above the door to enable rising warm air to be re-circulated to lower levels. Units are available that can be vertically mounted at one or both sides of the door if above door installation is not possible.
This is a versatile range that offers a wide variety of variations to suit your requirements. Maximum door widths range from 1750 mm, 2250mm, 3500mm, 4000mm, 4500mm, 5250mm, 5750mm, 6250mm, 6750mm, depending on unit purchased. All units in the range are suitable for doorways up to six metres high.
The AB series also offers one of the most diverse arrays of heat capacity options. Hot water units range from 60kW, 70kW, 120kW, 130, 140kW, 180kW, 190kW, 200kW, 210kW. Unit may be operational using Natural gas (G20) or propane (G31) depending on model purchased.
All Reznor units in this series incorporate the following design features for optimum performance. Uniform linear flow across the full door width. Fan speed control with extra width adjustable air jet for improved wind resistance.
