Convenient, Space-Saving Dehumidifiers
At National Heater Shops, we provide a large selection of wall mounted dehumidifier units - perfect for ongoing humidity control that saves floor space. These dehumidifiers are designed to be mounted onto a wall and can be used for continuous humidity control in some of the toughest climates.
A dehumidifier removes excess moisture from the air, leading to a lower relative humidity. The relative humidity of an area is determined by calculating the amount of water in the air compared to the amount of water the air can hold at a particular temperature. Typically, an area needs a relative humidity of 40-60% to be considered dry and comfortable. Issues can begin to arise if an area is particularly humid, such as mould growth, damage to machinery or equipment in the form of rust or warping, or general structural damage caused by prolonged dampness.
Our wide range of wall mounted units contains models from reliable brands such as Ecor Pro, Dantherm, EBAC and Calorex amongst others.
Key Features And Benefits of Wall Mounted Dehumidifiers
Wall mounted dehumidifiers offer many of the same benefits of floor-standing dehumidifiers, but with the benefit of saving space by being installed on a wall.
Many of the wall mounted dehumidifiers we have available are self-draining, and do so through a gravity fed drain, such as the Dantherm CDF 50 Wall Mounted Dehumidifier 230v. This allows for these units to be a lot more convenient, and easier to maintain.
Many units also include humidistats and timers to ensure their runtime is reduced and are operating as efficiently as possible. Units such as the REMKO ETF 650-S Commercial Dehumidifier 65 Litres feature a silent mode, timer and hydrostat. Whilst other types of dehumidifiers also have options for these features, wall mounted units have many hands-free options that allows for continuous runtimes.
Since they're not portable, you have to install a specific size unit to match the area, ensuring maximum efficiency and best results. As permanent fixtures, the extracted water must filter through a dedicated drainage system or the water mains.
Space Saving Dehumidifiers For Various Industries
These space-saving dehumidifiers are ideal for areas with limited space, such as swimming pools, drying rooms, leisure centres or anywhere that lacks the space for a more traditional floor-standing unit.
If an area requires frequent dehumidification but would benefit from a unit with a sleek, aesthetically pleasing unit, a wall mounted dehumidifier might be a discreet and reliable option. Wall mounted dehumidifiers as a result are also used in offices, hotels, and even some homes.
