Ecor Pro DH1200 DryFan Desiccant Dehumidifier 220v 12 Litres

Ecor Pro DH1200 Dehumidifier

Compact 12 litre desiccant dehumidifier

The Ecor Pro DH1200 desiccant dehumidifier is one of the smallest 12 litre dehumidifiers available on the market. Despite its size, it is still a powerful and efficient dehumidifier. It can perform as well as a traditional 25 litre refrigerant dehumidifier at 18°C. The desiccant drying process is much more effective in colder conditions than a compressor dehumidifier - so the DH1200 has an operating temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃. This makes it ideal for more challenging, un-heated spaces, including basements, garages, attics and crawl spaces, as well as laundry rooms, workshops and industrial units.

Efficient 3 Vent Drying System

Moist air vented away as vapour

The DH1200 DryFan dehumidifier features a 3 vent drying system. This consists of one air inlet and two air outlets. Air is drawn in from the space through the inlet, where it is filtered by the air filter and dries by the desiccant material. One of the outlets expels this dry processed air back out into the space. The second outlet is a wet air exhaust, where moisture is expelled out of the unit as water vapour and outside through a hole in the wall. Optional flexible ducting is available which attaches to these vents. The ducting allows you to vent wet exhaust air outside or vent ambient air in from the space, if the dehumidifier it situated in a separate room from the one you want to dry. The input air can be ducted in using 125mm diameter ducting. The dry air can be ducted out using 125mm ducting. The water vapour exhaust can be connected to 45mm ducting.

High Build Quality

A rugged drying solution

The DH1200 is designed to perform in demanding environments. The main body is an all steel construction - inside and out, with a durable epoxy paint finish. All of the components are quality parts, and they are heat treated to provide longevity. Maintenance and repair is easy if it is needed. The reticulated dust filter can be cleaned or replaced easily to prevent any ingress that could impact its performance. The cover can be removed quickly for access to worn parts and cord sets. This lightweight unit has a sturdy carry handle that can be removed and replaced with a flat top lid if necessary for installation. The versatility of the unit means it can be used as a free-standing dehumidifier, or it can be installed at any angle. There are 4 anti-scratch plastic feet which swivel out to act as anchor points. The generous 5m power lead ensures that no extension leads or additional cables are needed if the dehumidifier is needed for awkward or confined spaces such as lofts, basements, under stairs or in cupboards.

Accessories Available

Ducting & thermostat available to order

Optional accessories are available for the DH1200 dehumidifier. You can add on a remote humidistat. The remote humidistat is convenient if the unit is in a concealed space, or if it is ducted in a position that is difficult to reach. You can select these extras using the tick boxes above or by discussing your needs with a member of our sales team.

12 Litres Per Day Extraction Capacity: The Ecor Pro DH1200 offers great capacity for managing relative humidity levels in homes, attics, garages, workshops and commercial spaces. It performs as well as a 25 litre compressor dehumidifier at 18°C.

Zeolite Absorbent: Efficiently and effectively absorbs moisture from the air, even in extremely low temperatures.

-20℃ to +40℃ Operating Temperature Range: This desiccant dehumidifier is effective in the most challenging conditions, in areas where a refrigerant dehumidifier would not be able to perform.

3 Hole Design: Air in, dry air out & wet air out. Moisture is removed by the absorbent and purged from the system as water vapour. This means there is no internal water tank to empty and the dehumidifier can be left to run 24/7.

Duct Air In & Out: The dehumidifier has vents fitted with flanges. Input air and wet exhaust air can be vented using simple ducting. This means air can be ducted in from the space and the wet air can be exhausted outside through a hole in an external wall.

Humidistat Control: This unit has a humidistat dial which allows you to set a required relative humidity level in the space and the dehumidifier will switch itself on and off to maintain the set level - adding convenience and saving on running costs. This dehumidier can also be used with a remote humidistat, available as an optional accessory - ideal when the machine is installed out of immediate reach, such as on a ceiling or in a crawl space.

Tough Steel Construction: Steel casing with epoxy paint finish, heat treated for strength inside & outside. Designed for longevity.

Compact Size: Can be installed in very small spaces, such as lofts, cupboards, utility rooms, crawl spaces and more. It can also be used as a portable dehumidifier with ease, using the carry handle.

Dust Filter: Prevents dust particles entering the unit and impeding performance. Can be cleaned or replaced easily.

Four Feet: Anti scratch plastic feet swivel out to provide anchor points for the dehumidifier if it is being installed on a wall or ceiling.

Auto Reset: If there is an interruption to the power supply, the DH1200 will continue to operate as soon as the power has been returned. Perfect in locations where the there is a “dirty” power supply that can affect other electronically controlled products.

5m Power Cord: Plenty of cable to allow for easy installation in crawl spaces or lofts in the home for example.

Long Service Life: Ecor Pro dehumidifiers are professional pieces of equipment, built to last. They are designed to provide years of reliable service. They are very easy to maintain and service when required. The easy to access design keeps service simple and costs low.
