The Dantherm DHC 55 is a wall-mounted dehumidifier that has been designed to control humidity for the commercial sector and for archives and preservation environments. Dantherm has built the DHC range to protect assets in spaces such as warehouses, archives, large preservation facilities, construction drying, open-plan warehouses, and public galleries. The DHC 55 has a powerful airflow of up to 680 m³/h and uses a hot gas defrost system which means it keeps running all the way down to 3°C. When temperatures fall this low is when you typically see your standard commercial dehumidifiers stop working. The DHC 55 is capable of removing up to 40 litres of moisture per day (at 20°C/60% RH) and has been designed to keep relative humidity (RH) stable to protect equipment, materials and sock.
Advanced Humidity Control
The DHC 55 comes with the Modbus RS485 RTU which lets you integrate the unit with Building Management Systems (BMS), ideal for monitoring moisture levels remotely. The USB-A port gives you the option to log data and for carrying out diagnostics and software updates.
The DHC 55 features a control system for you to dial in accurate humidity targets that are relevant to your specific environment. It gives you continuous, auto and sensing fan modes that are flexible enough to adapt to shifting or unstable conditions.
