The Ecor Pro DH3500 dehumidifier provides an extraction rate of 45 litres per day. That is equivalent to a 90-litre refrigerant dehumidifier working at 18℃. Desiccant dehumidifiers are more effective in extreme conditions than traditional refrigerant dehumidifiers. They use a mesh of absorbent material on a rotary wheel that absorbs moisture like a sponge. This moisture is disposed of via a wet air exhaust outlet instead of being collected in an internal tank. As desiccant dehumidifiers work in this way instead of using a refrigerant to cause the relative humidity within a space to condensate, they thrive in challenging environments and very cold temperatures. The working temperature range of the Ecor Pro DH3500 dehumidifier is an incredible -20℃ - 40℃! As well as preventing side effects of excess humidity such as musty odours, damp, mould, etc., they can also prevent the build-up of ice which can contribute to colder conditions, slippery surfaces, and frost damage. The Ecor Pro DH3500 has a ductable system of 4 vents to help manage all climates, allowing it to dry enclosed areas without creating any kind of air pressure while in operation. It can also be used as a 3 vent system, or as a straightforward room dehumidifier. Using ducting allows you to direct air into and out of the dehumidifier from different locations so that you can install the unit in one place and still use it to dehumidify multiple rooms.

The humidistat connects to the dehumidifier and can be used to set the required relative humidity level in the space. The humidistat will automatically switch the dehumidifier on and off as required in order to maintain the pre-set humidity level.
