Ecor Pro DH2500 DryFan Desiccant Dehumidifier 220v 35 Litres

Ecor Pro DH2500 Desiccant Dehumidifier

Robust & versatile drying solution

The Ecor Pro DH2500 desiccant dehumidifier is a robust dehumidifier with a high extraction rate. What makes the DH2500 so useful is its versatility. It is suitable for almost any application. It is a robust and durable unit that can cope with the demands of challenging environments. It offers excellent results as an industrial dehumidifier used for flood drying, building maintenance, and in other areas with a high level of relative humidity. As a commercial dehumidifier, it removes excess moisture from the air in storage facilities, warehouses, museums, libraries, garages, and so on. This helps to prevent water damage to any items that can be sensitive to humidity, including paper, furnishings, machinery, and electrical equipment. If used as a home dehumidifier, the Ecor Pro DH2500 can reduce damp and condensation to prevent mildew, mold, and bad odours. Creating better air conditions in any setting creates a cleaner, more comfortable environment. It also prevents the growth of bacteria and the spread of particles that aggravate allergies.

35 Litre Desiccant Dehumidifier

Equivalent to a 70-litre refrigerant dehumidifier

The Ecor Pro DH2500 industrial dehumidifier features an extraction rate of 35 litres per day. This rate is equivalent to a 70-litre refrigerant dehumidifier working at 18℃. Desiccant dehumidifiers are different from refrigerant dehumidifiers. They do not produce or collect any water. Instead, they absorb moisture like a sponge and an internal fan expels the dry air back into the space. The moisture is vented away separately via a wet air exhaust outlet. The Ecor Pro DH2500 has 3 vents to help manage this efficient system. The 3 vent system allows it to function in lower temperature environments and during the colder months where other models might struggle to perform. The working temperature range of this professional dehumidifier is an incredible -20℃ - 40℃! It also means that the dehumidifier can be left running continuously 24/7. Each of the 3 vents has an integrated flange so that optional flexible industrial ducting can be attached. Ducting allows you to direct air into and out of the dehumidifier so that you can reduce the moisture in different areas without moving the unit.

Optional ducting is available to add to your order as an accessory. The inlet air and outlet dry air can be ducted using 125mm ducting. The wet air exhaust can be ducted using 85mm ducting. A humidistat is also available as an accessory. The humidistat connects to the dehumidifier and can be used to set the required relative humidity level in the space. The humidistat will automatically switch the dehumidifier on and off as required in order to maintain the pre-set humidity level. You can add these optional accessories to your order using the tick boxes above.

Tough Steel Construction: Steel casing with epoxy paint finish, heat treated for strength inside & outside. Designed for longevity.

Zeolite Absorbent: Efficiently and effectively removes moisture from the air, even in extremely low temperatures.

-20℃ to +40℃ Operating Temperature Range: The dehumidifier is effective in the most challenging conditions, in areas where a refrigerant dehumidifier would be no use.

3 Hole Design: Air in, dry air out & wet air exhaust. Moisture is removed by the absorbent and it is purged from the system as water vapour. This means there is no internal water tank to empty and the dehumidifier can be left to run 24/7.

Duct Air In & Out: The dehumidifier has vents fitted with flanges. Input air and wet exhaust air can be vented using simple ducting. This means air can be ducted in from anywhere in the building, and the wet air can be exhausted outside.

Compact Size: Can be installed in very small spaces, such as lofts, cupboards, utility rooms, crawl spaces and more. It can also be used as a portable dehumidifier with ease, using the carry handle.

Dust Filter: Features a reticulated dust filter in a metal frame that can be cleaned easily or easily replaced when required to prevent dust particles entering the unit and impeding performance.

Optional Humidistat Control: These dehumidifiers can be used with a remote humidistat, available as an optional accessory. The humidistat allows you to set a required humidity level in the space that you want to dry out, and it will switch the dehumidifier on and off automatically, as required, in order to maintain the desired humidity level. This adds extra convenience, as it means you do not need to continually switch the dehumidifier on and off yourself. It also saves energy and money!

Auto Reset: If there is an interruption to the power supply, the dehumidifier will continue to operate as soon as the power has been returned. Perfect in locations where the there is a “dirty” power supply that can affect other electronically controlled products.

5m Power Cord: Plenty of cable to allow for easy installation in crawl spaces or lofts in the home for example.

Long Service Life: Ecor Pro dehumidifiers are professional pieces of equipment, built to last. They are designed to provide years of reliable service. They are very easy to maintain and service when required. The easy to access design keeps service simple and costs low.
