The Ecor Pro DH1200 desiccant dehumidifier has a 12 litre extraction capacity and an operating temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃. It is an effective dehumidifier that performs as well as 25 litre refrigerant dehumidifier. It is a desiccant dehumidifier that works efficiently in lower temperature environments and during colder months. These are conditions in which refrigerant dehumidifiers would struggle to perform. The DH1200 is a compact unit with a steel casing and an epoxy paint finish. It is highly portable, robust and durable, plus the internal and external components are heat treated to provide longevity. You can also remove the cover easily, to allow for access to the inner parts for maintenance and repairs. This dehumidifier can be used as a free-standing unit, or it can be installed at any angle. The 4 anti-scratch plastic feet are a patented design, and they can be used as stabalisers, or they can swivel out and be screwed down to act as anchor points.

The 2m x 45mm industrial ducting provided is easily connected to the exhaust outlet. Ducting the dehumidifier allows you to vent excess moisture out in any direction, including upwards. This means that this package is ideal for basements, cellars, lofts, outbuildings, and more. You can also install the dehumidifier into hard to reach spaces, like wall cavities, under stairs and rafters. The Ecor Pro DH1200 dehumidifier does come with an inbuilt humidistat that allows you to set the required relative humidity level in the space. It will automatically switch the dehumidifier on and off as needed to maintain the pre-set humidity level. However, suppose the dehumidifier is installed in an awkward space. In that case, the remote humidistat included in this package offers you the same level of control, but it can be reached without any climbing or crouching. The 5m power lead ensures that no extension leads or additional cables are needed.

Duct Air In & Out: The dehumidifier has vents fitted with flanges and the package includes industrial ducting so that input air and wet exhaust air can be vented. This means air can be ducted in from anywhere in the building, and the wet air can be exhausted outside.

Dust Filter: Features a reticulated dust filter in a metal frame that can be cleaned easily or easily replaced when required to prevent dust particles entering the unit and impeding performance.

Humidistat Control: These dehumidifiers have an internal humidistat and also come with a remote humidistat, available as an optional accessory. A humidistat allows you to set a required humidity level in the space that you want to dry out, and it will switch the dehumidifier on and off automatically, as required, in order to maintain the desired humidity level. This adds extra convenience, as it means you do not need to continually switch the dehumidifier on and off yourself. It also saves energy and money!
