The Wood’s SW42F is designed for cold and unheated spaces like basements, garages and large storage areas. Available in SW42FW (white) and SW42FM (metallic) finishes, the SW42F can extract up to 25 litres of moisture per day. The unit is designed to work at temperatures down to 2°C, making it suitable for year-round use.
Instead of drawing moisture only from around the unit, moisture is drawn evenly from across the space. The SW42F has an airflow rate of up to 315 cubic metres per hour and is suitable for spaces of up to 190 square metres.
The dehumidifier is designed for continuous operation, and an integrated humidistat allows the unit to monitor moisture levels. If power is disrupted, the SW42F restarts automatically and returns to its last used settings.
An internal 11.4 litre water tank allows for extended use, and a hose can be connected to enable continuous drainage. The tank is fitted with an automatic shut-off function when full.
A built-in mould and particle filter helps capture airborne dust and spores.
The SW42F is manufactured in Sweden and is designed to run all year round. The product includes a warranty of up to six years when registered, with the filter replaced annually.
