Thermobile TBD 18 Industrial Electric Space Heaters - 3 Phase 18kW

The Thermobile TBD 18 utilizes a simple yet ingenious airflow system, which takes air in from the surrounding areas, heats it using the integrated stainless steel elements and then distributes it back out using a powerful front fan. The unit angle can be carefully adjusted to allow absolute precision directing of heated air being released.

Fitted with an internal remote operated thermostat, which continuously assesses and regulates the heater temperature, the TBD 18 has a maximum intake temperature of 55°C and a minimum outlet temperature of 75°C.This unit is capable of an outstanding heating range for a machine of its size and type, up to 3,960m3/h, but despite this undoubted performance the TBD 18 offers unrivalled convenience and usability features. This includes large wheels, a relatively lightweight, instant set-up and operation wherever electricity is available.

Also, because it is powered electrically, there are no emissions of combustion gases making it perfect for drying and heating industrial and commercial locations with insufficient ventilation for gas/oil fired heaters. This includes building sites, workshops, warehouses, farm buildings and more

Integrated Thermostat: Allows a required temperature to be set. The thermostat will switch the heater on and off as required in order to maintain the required temperature.

Remote Thermostat Connection: This heater can be used with an optional remote thermostat (available separately). This can be used for extra convenience when heating areas further away from the unit.

Overheat Protection: Automatically shuts the heater down if it starts to overheat, to prevent accidents.

Portable Design: These heaters feature convenient folding handles and integrated wheels, for ease of movement on site.

Pest Control Model Available: The standard TBD 18 model has an outlet air temperature of up to 55°C. The PC (pest control) version has an air outlet temperature of up to 75°C. The inbuilt thermostat is freely adjustable up to a maximum intake temperature of 55 °C, which results in an outlet temperature of at least 75 °C. This means that the pest control version is able to maintain heat levels that kill common pests such as bed bugs.
