El-Bjorn TF18 360-degree Electric Fan Heater - 400v, 3-Phase 18kW

El-Björn TF18 EBS & EBC 360° Electric Fan Heater – 3-Phase, 18kW

The El-Björn TF18 EBS is a 18kW 3-phase electric fan heater and structural drying system. With up to 2,500 m³/h of even airflow, the TF18 EBS sits between basic entry heaters and more complex digital units. It features two G4 dust filters and a built to last 4-wheel mobile chassis for foremen and supervisors looking for a durable unit that can be quickly mobilised on site.

The El-Björn TF18 EBC is a 18kW 3-phase electric fan heater. It combines a heavy-duty construction that includes dual G4 filtration and a 4-wheel mobile chassis with an airflow of up to 2,500 m³/h and El-Björn's flagship EBC (El-Björn Control) digital monitoring system.

To choose either system, simply navigate to the "Model" drop down box at the top of the page and make your selection.

El-Björn TF18 EBS: Analogue Controls

A feature that will appeal to some more than others is the analogue control panel. This gets rid of baffling digital displays for those old schoolers who prefer a hands-on approach over scrolling through digital menus.

• Simple Analog Rotary Dials: Strong and firmly built switches with no digital menus are used to set the thermostat, determine heat output, and to engage the fan.

El-Björn TF18 EBC: Digital Controls

• Digital Interface: The digital controls show current ambient room temperature, Relative Humidity (% RH), along with setpoint targets for precise management of drying applications.

• El-Björn CONNECT: Compatible with El-Björn’s flagship IoT Cloud monitoring system, allowing you to track progress remotely. This gives you access to diagnostic logging and automatic alerts via smartphone or computer.

Features and Benefits: El-Björn TF18 EBS & EBC

• 18kW Maximum Output: This high capacity provides site managers with a clean electric heater and drying unit for spaces up to 400–600 m².

• Dual-Stage Output Control: You can adjust the output between either 9kW or 18kW for maximum comfort or scale it back for background heating when the demand for maximum power drops off.

• Selectable Dual-Speed Airflow: Choose the lower fan setting of 2,040 m³/h for a control that is best for structural drying or 2,500 m³/h for quickly heating up a space when the demand is required.

• 3-Phase Power: Runs on standard 400V industrial 3-Phase power (32A 5-Pin CEE Plug).

• 360° Retractable Fabric Distributor: Radiates warm air outwards in all directions to give uniform temperatures and avoids any cracking of plaster for wet trades.

• Diffuser Canopy: This collapses neatly when packed down, preventing the plastic of the diffuser from being snapped. This is handy for a practical packdown or throwing in the back of the van at the end of the working day.

• Dual G4 Air Intake Filters: Catches finer masonry dust, drywall powder and concrete grit before reaching element banks, lengthening component lifespan under severe dust environments.

• Durable & Mobile: It’s made from galvanized, powder-coated sheet steel and features 4-wheels with front-locking brakes that allow it to be placed on materials such as stone, wood, or concrete.

• Auto Reset Feature: Once the heat sensors detect a sudden increase of temperature within the elements, it automatically switches itself off. The fan continues to function and once cooled will auto-reset.

• IP44 Ingress Protection: An enclosure to protect against water splashes and debris over 1.0mm for safe operation in damp work areas.

• Warranty: The 5-year manufacturer warranty from El-Björn’s gives extra peace of mind throughout daily use during peak times.
