The adaptable dehumidifier can extract up to 70 litres of water per day with a maximum airflow rate of 960m³/hr and an operating humidity level ranging from 26% to 99%. Operating at a reasonable noise level of 72dB, this dehumidifier is ideal for use in residential and commercial spaces, including flood damage restoration, renovation, and construction.

LGR is short for low-grain refrigerant. The Welsch WEL70-LGR, a high performance LGR dehumidifier, employs low-grain refrigeration to efficiently extract moisture from the air within a particular area, even in situations of low relative humidity. The WEL70-LGR uses a heat pipe precooling device to gather warm air, cool it, then reheat and evaporate it. This cycle is repeated consistently to eliminate moisture. The low grain dehumidifier also includes a sturdy, washable air filter that captures dust and larger particles in the air, improving the overall air quality. Thanks to the efficient LGR technology and filter, the unit performs notably better than standard compressor dehumidifiers.
