High-Quality Combustion System

These heaters come with a robust metal cover that prevents damage and prevents unauthorized access. This is positioned on the face of the machine inside the burner cover lid to prevent contact with outdoor elements, for easier maintenance. Every main component (fan, burner, thermostat, etc.) comes with quick couplings of electrical connections which include a fast assembly, disassembly, and technical maintenance and eliminates installation/disassembly mistakes. Each also come with an IP65-rated control panel. This is positioned at the top back of the devices so as to prevent contact with outdoor elements. These covers also have a service front electrical panel which is IP 65-rated.

These industrial heaters produce high kW outputs. These devices come with high-performance fans ensuring airflow growth and static pressure of 500 Pa. Fan anchorage is cultivated on the machine’s bearing structure through sturdy rods. Each also come fitted with an adjustable fresh air re-uptake shutter. Each produces low noise levels during operation.  Each of these devices produces a steady and far-reaching diffusion of warm air from channels or ducts.

Snorkel Jack: Burner is supplied with a snorkel jack to ensure clean air combustion through connection with the outdoor air uptake duct.

New Heat Exchanger: The new heat exchanger with the newly designed higher-performance fans ensures a heat efficiency of 96%.

Bearing Structure: With removable panels for interior washing, also in hanging models.
