Worcester Bosch 50L Buffer Tank
The Worcester Bosch 50L Buffer Tank is designed to be the primary water storage tank for air source heat pumps. Its function within the system is to expand the hydraulic capacity of the primary circuit to stop the compressor from constantly turning on and off, securing enough defrost volume during cold weather, and separating the heat pump's flow rates from your radiators and underfloor heating.
Designed for use with sealed heating systems, its 50 litres adds thermal mass to help give you efficient and smooth heat, while extending the compressor’s service life long after installation has been completed.

Room Friendly Profile: It measures just 540mm high and 530mm in diameter, making it suitable for discreet fitting under wall-hung units, stairs, or in tightly packed utility rooms.
¾" Hydraulic Connections: Featuring female BSP tappings to fit directly onto heating pipework.
Working Limits: The tanks specified working limit is for a pressure of 3 bar and it can work in temperatures up to 95°C.
