Variable Wall Duct for REMKO RKL 300-360 (Eco) Room Air Conditioners
Wall feed-through for exhaust air hose
This is a variable wall duct suitable for REMKO RKL 300-360 room air conditioners. This wall lead-through is for the exhaust air hose attached to the unit.
The wall duct includes a protective grille against insects and debris.
Installation Instructions
A core hole with a diameter of at least 135 mm in the outer wall is required to install the wall duct. The maximum wall thickness may be 480mm.
Insert the sliding pipe into the created wall opening so that the outer tube (large diameter) is on the inside of the wall.
Wall the sliding pipe in the core hole so that the pipe is flush with both sides of the wall.
If necessary, wall the telescopic tube to ensure a flush wall finish on the inside and outside. To avoid cold bridges, insulate the telescopic tube with suitable insulation materials.
Fix the protective grille with 4 screws. The slats must be rain-repellent facing downwards.
Insert the check valve inside and fasten it with 4 screws as well. NOTE: the lettering "above" on the check valve must be visible from the inside.
TIP: When deactivating or removing the device, it is recommended to close the opening in the check flap with the sealing lid to prevent air circulation.
