The Airrex AH500i is a movable infrared diesel heater for large, open work areas that are commonly hard to heat. It gives you a choice between two outputs of 11kW/15kW (37,500 to 51,200 Btu/h) for providing comfortable warmth to spaces up to 1,500m³. The AH500i is our first choice for workshops, warehouses, and garages, as well as marquee hire companies, events companies and venues.

Replacing the AH200i & AH300i

As part of the new Airrex range, the AH500i replaces the former AH200i and AH300i models by bringing the mid-tier range of heaters together into one compact model. Upgrades include improved burner technology and outstanding digital controls that push this model head and shoulders above the current competition.

• Heating Outputs: Bridging the gap between the two former models, the Airrex AH500i features two heating outputs of 11 kW (37,500 Btu/h) and 15 kW (51,200 Btu/h). This flexibility gives you the option to use the 15kW to warm up spaces quickly before dropping down to 11kW for maintaining temperatures.

• Heating Capacity: This model is capable of heating entire workspaces up 1,500 m³, depending on layouts and insulation levels. We’re now recommending this infrared diesel heater to our warehouse and workshop clients.

• Portable Design: This heater is mounted on a set of 4 wheels which allow it to be moved easily around work areas throughout your facility.

• Radiant Heat: Long-wave infrared heat works by heating objects and people instead of just heating the air. It does this without creating noise or drafts too. This is ideal for garage doors that remain open all day during the winter.

• Quiet Running: It’s very quiet, running at just 47 dB to 50 dB, ensuring no disturbance is caused to the working day or at events in public areas.

• Choice of Fuels: Cutting carbon emissions by up to 90%, it works with the environmentally-friendly renewable diesel HVO100 l (EN 15940) and is also compatible with regular EN 590 diesel.

• Fuel System: It features an integrated 45-litre fuel tank that gives a runtime of 32 to 43 hours, which has the potential to offer days worth of warmth.

• Smart App & Remote Control: With the built-in Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity you can control heat settings and receive alerts straight to your phone via an app, ideal for controlling when off site.
