Heavy Duty Dehumidifiers For Large Spaces
Large dehumidifiers help to control the relative humidity in areas that have too much moisture in the air. An excess of moisture in the air can lead to issues including mould growth, rust, structural damage, slippery surfaces, increased drying times and damage to stored items.
Relative humidity refers to the amount of moisture in the air in comparison to the amount of moisture that could be held by the air at the current temperature. A relative humidity above 60% can begin to be considered humid and can lead to damages or other negatives if unmanaged for prolonged periods of time.
Heavy duty, large dehumidifiers are capable of extracting a significant amount more moisture from the air than their smaller counterparts. Therefore, they are more effectively used in large spaces where there is an appropriate power supply and large amounts of moisture to be extracted.
These large dehumidifiers are best used in areas such as warehouses, factories, production plants, halls, commercial settings or other expansive spaces that require moisture control.
