The Reznor USDA050 is a powerful suspended gas heater that provides 49kW of heat with an airflow rate of 5180m3/h. The aerodynamic profile of the heat exchanger offers a minimal resistance to the airflow and combines with the integrated high capacity axial fan to provide a greater air throw to offer an even heat distribution throughout an entire space. The improved airflow reduces preheat times and reduces the temperature gradient that can occur from the floor to the ceiling in large spaces. The fan is made of durable aluminium, it is corrosion resistant and housed separately to the other components. The operation of the fan is controlled so that it delays start up until the heat exchanger reaches working temperature. It also keeps running until all of the useful heat has been circulated into the space. Additionally, the heat exchange achieves 92% thermal efficiency, making the Reznor USDA050 incredibly practical and cost effective. It is a versatile 230v suspended gas heater that requires a single-phase electrical supply. It is fired by natural gas (G20) as standard, but you can also order a model specified for use with Propane (G31).

The Reznor UDSA050 suspended gas heater is designed for versatility and adaptability. It can be installed in any space that needs a robust and effective climate control solution. This gas-fired heater features four inbuilt suspension points that have an M10 female thread for quicker and easier installation. If the Reznor UDSA050 cannot be ceiling-hung for any reason, it can be mounted onto a suitable support instead. This must be a sturdy, non-combustible structure. The flue of the UDSA050 can be installed horizontally through a wall, vertically through a roof, or a combination of both. A range of 100mm flue terminals and flue appliances are available that allow you to set the heater up in whatever way is most suitable for the space. The standard flue terminals allow separate combustion air inlet and air outlet flues to be installed while the balanced flue terminal allows both to be installed through a single building penetration. The 100mm diameted flue sections include 250mm and 1m length sections, plus 90° bends, rain cowls, and cowl flashing plates. Multiple flue sections can be used up to a maximum distance of 9 metres. This distance is reduced by 1.5 metres for every 90° bend that is fitted. You can also purchase the SmartCom Multizone Control Panel, a Remote SmartCom Warm Air Sensor, 3/4" Flexible Gas Connector, and a 3/4" Gas Valve.
