Gas-fired, Uniform Coverage Heating System

Nor-Ray-Vac is a gas fired continuous radiant tube heating system. It has been purpose built to provide uniform heat coverage across target areas. The unit can also be used to target only the specific areas of a building as they are required.

This minimizes temperature loss. What this means is that temperatures can be maintained with minimal need for prolonged central heating use. Saving you both energy at as high as 92% efficiency and cost of running such units with savings of up to 60%.

The heating system is available in a range of six separate natural gas or propane burner models. From a heat input of 12kW, 18kW, 24kW, 32kW, 38kW and 46kW. It is further available in a variety of tube lengths ranging from 5.2 to 27m and further has tube temperatures range of 450 to 480°C.

This reliable and safety Radiant Tube Heater operates on a vacuum principle and utilises a zero governor within a dedicated gas valve ensuring optimum efficiency. Each unit operates to the latest European standard for multi-burner systems (EN 777).

Safety of operation is also maximized within these units. As well as the standard failsafe available the zero governor also mechanically prevents gas flow in the event of vacuum shut down. Each heaters end vent module burner provides flow of air at the start of each radiant branch. The end vent module burner is a unique feature to the Nor-Ray-Vac system and instils the principle of ‘safety of operation’ into the heart of the design of design.

The Nor-Ray-Vac system utilization of radiant heat. As radiant heat can be used to targeted effectively ensuring energy savings operation. Its built-in rapid response to operating temperature and burns fuel at the point of use has significant advantages in comparison with large heating plant.
