Powrmatic CXO 60kW Oil-Fired Warm Air Cabinet Heater
The Powrmatic CXO 60 is a freestanding oil-fired cabinet heater designed for retail units, workshops, garages, small industrial sites and factories. With a 60.1kW of heat output and an airflow volume of 1.0 m³/s (equivalent to 3,600 m³/h), this incredibly powerful heater is perfect for buildings without a gas supply connection.
Built in the UK to the ISO 9001 international standard, it combines low emissions and a heavy-duty build that meets the strengthened “Energy related products” Directive (ErP) 2018.

Riello Burner: The Riello oil burner is well known for its easy-care and reliability. It is compatible with Kerosene (Class C2), Gas Oil / DERV (Class A2/D), and HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil). It’s possible to bring carbon emissions down by up to 90% by switching to HVO and is a surefire way to future-proof operations.
Stainless Steel Exchanger: Backed by Powrmatic's 10-year Guarantee, the combustion chamber is built from AISI 430 stainless steel and features a special design that reduces the risk of cracks to the weld.
Dual Configuration (UF & UD): The CXO 60kW is available as an Upright Freeblowing (UF) model or a Upright Ducted (UD) configuration. The UF uses three air outlets for moving warm air up to 19 metres. The UD is ducted applications.
MC200 Controller: The digital controller stops the heater from switching on earlier than it needs to by monitoring the temperature of the space. Working hours can be set via a timer and it is password protected to stop tampering from unauthorized personnel.
Installation & Commissioning
To be in compliance with the 10-year heat exchanger warranty, the CXO 60 must be installed by an OFTEC engineer and serviced annually. To make sure everything is running exactly how it should be, the service covers an inspection of the AISI430 stainless steel combustion chamber, the split rear header box, and fuel filtration systems

We would typically recommend a 60kW cabinet heater for medium sized buildings around 1,200m³ (approx. 42,000 ft³). This does however depend on factors such as the height of the building's roof and the properties levels of insulation.
