The Olimpia Splendid Unico EVO-F has been designed for use when traditional, split-system air conditioning is restricted or impractical. This monobloc unit houses all its components and condenser unit internally.

When planning permission is required, monobloc units are now the preferred choice for Grade II listed buildings. They are also useful for installation in spaces for which an external compressor simply isn’t possible. This makes it well suited to apartments, bedrooms, offices, hotel rooms, and retail spaces.
