The Olimpia Splendid Unico AIR HP EFA is a monobloc air conditioning unit that gets rid of the need for an external condenser unit. It is designed for restricted spaces such as apartments, bedrooms, home offices, hotels and retail stores where space is at a minimum. Its slim depth of just 16 cm allows it to blend into modern interiors with ease.

These Monobloc units are now the preferred choice for Grade II listed buildings or where planning permission is required. With only two discrete drill holes necessary for installation, these units are now the ideal solution for heritage buildings and luxury apartments.

Cooling & Heating

The Unico AIR HP EFA is powered by a reversible heat pump to provide both cooling and heating, making it a versatile year-round unit. For rooms up to 15 m², it delivers 1.8 kW of cooling and 1.7 kW of heating, an ideal solution for home offices that require both.

If you are looking for an environmentally friendly option, the unit uses a R32 refrigerant system. This achieves better thermal efficiency than older R410A models with a 30% lower global warming potential.

Ultra-Quiet Operation

Olimpia has addressed the concern of noise associated with monobloc units by designing an anti vibration, and sound absorbing housing.
