Condensation drying and air movement is by far the most common approach to drying simple constructions, such as plasterboard walls and ceilings, lightweight concrete blocks and exposed wood framing.
This method is widely used in the other industries, such as renovation and flood drying or for controlling the humidity and drying out storage rooms, sewage treatment plants, waterworks, factories and warehouses.
During the process, the dehumidifier will remove moisture from the ambient air and reduce the vapour pressure to create an environment that helps promote further evaporation.
Air movement is used to break the surface tension and lift the water vapour into the air, where it can be collected by the dehumidifier.
When installed correctly, a drying system based around condensation drying technology can be incredibly energy-efficient and effective.

The Master DH 732 industrial dehumidifier is designed to provide a hassle-free drying solution. It is portable with straightforward controls and easy operation. This electric dehumidifier is at the heart of the drying equipment package with a maximum extraction rate of 30 litres per 24 hours and an airflow rate of 160m3/h. The DH 732 operates with a temperature range of 5°C - 32°C and a humidity range of 35% - 90%. You can use the integrated humidistat and set the desired humidity level of a space using the digital control panel. Using the humidistat ensures that the dehumidifier only runs when it is needed, which is more economical and energy-saving. The integrated water tank has a capacity of 6.5 litres. When the water tank fills to capacity, a microswitch ensures that the unit switches off so that it will not overflow. If you would like your Master dehumidifier to run independently, you can use the hose connection so that it can empty continuously into a drainage outlet. The DH 732 refrigerant dehumidifier also features an automatic hot gas defrost function, which determines the temperature of the refrigerant coil after every 30 minutes of run time. If the coil temperature is below -1°C, then the system flushes it with 10°C gas for five minutes with the compressor and fan still running. Any ice that will have formed on the surface melts and runs off with the condensation. This Master dehumidifier also features a memory function, hour counter, and a digital display.
