Master's bio coolers are designed as a high quality, premium range of commercial evaporative coolers. Master BC80 bio coolers are built to extremely high standards. With an airflow rate of 8000m3/h, these evaporative coolers are capable of cooling a wide range of large commercial and industrial spaces. These air coolers have a solid and sturdy frame and an in-built fan with three speed settings that can be set to the appropriate level for the space that you wish to cool. They also have automatic swinging louvres on the air outlet which automatically move from left to right to ensure proper circulation of the cool air throughout the space. These evaporative coolers also have an ioniser which helps to purify the air before it is circulated out into the space, preventing contaminents from being circulated by the machine.

Cheaper altenative to an air conditioning system

Master BC80 evaporative coolers provide a fast, efficient and cost effective way of cooling a range of commercial spaces. This is due to the fact that evaporative coolers are generally much cheaper to run than competing air conditioning units. Master BC80 evaporative coolers feature an internal 100 litre water tank, a water pump, honeycomb shaped cooling pads and an internal fan. The cooling system works by pumping water from the water tank up to the top of the machine, where it then flows down through the cooling pads. The internal fan draws warm air into the machine from the space and passes it through the wet cooling pads. This causes water droplets to evaporate into the warm air - a process which naturally reduces the temperature of the air, making it cooler and more comfortable. The internal fan then circulates this cooler air out of the front of the machine to cool the area effectively. As the components within the evaporative cooler consume very little power - just a small motor to run the fan and a small water pump to move the water from the tank to the top of the machine - these machines draw very little power and so they do not cost a lot to run.

Plug & Play Air Coolers

No installation required!

Master BC80 bio coolers are 240v 'plug & play' air coolers. They require no complicated setup or installation. Simply plug the Master BC80 evaporative cooler into a standard 240v plug socket, fill up the water tank, switch on the pump and fan using the simple LCD control panel on the front of the machine, and the Master BC80 will quickly start to circulate cool air. Master BC80 portable evaporative coolers also require very little maintenance - simply top up the water tank reguarly and occasionally add some sterilising tablets to the water in order to clean the unit out and prevent a buildup of bacteria within the system.

Despite their commercial cooling capabilities, Master BC80 evaporative air coolers are designed to be portable machines that can be moved around easily and used wherever they are needed. Their strong castor wheels allow them to be wheeled into position wherever they are required in your space.

Please note: Evaporative coolers are designed for use in well ventilated low humidity spaces. For example, windows or doors should be opened in order to allow a supply of fresh air into the space that you want to cool. Evaporative coolers should not be used in areas with no ventilation, as this can lead to a build-up of condensation within the space. These air cooling machines must not be used in areas that contain delicate materials that could be affected by a rise in humidity, such as server rooms. An air conditioner is the best cooling option for those areas.

Consumes Up To 8 Litres Per Hour: Water is pumped from the water tank up to the top of the unit. The water flows down thorough the cooling pad and back into the tank.

Cooling Pad: As warm, ambient air is draw into the machine and through the wet cooling pad, it cools and causes water droplets to evaporate into the air. This process naturally reduces the temperature of the air.

Automated Louvres: These evaporative coolers have louvres on the air outlet, which automatically move from left to right to ensure proper circulation of cool air.
