The Master BC 120 is an industrial evaporative air cooler. It is an extremely robust, durable and efficient machine capable of providing large volumes of cool humid air in large open spaces. It is an excellent choice for warehouses, workshops, factories, agricultural buildings, garages, leisure facilities, event spaces, and other well-ventilated areas where air conditioning would be ineffective or far too expensive. This unit uses the natural process of evaporation to produce cool air which it circulates around a space using a large fan. The Master BC 120 industrial evaporative cooler features an 80 litre internal water tank, a water pump, a large cooling pad, and a powerful fan. Water is pumped from the water tank up to the top of the unit. The water flows down thorough the cooling pad and back into the tank. The internal fan draws warm, ambient air into the machine and passes it through the wet cooling pad. This causes water droplets to evaporate into the air. This process naturally reduces the temperature of the air. The internal fan then blows this cool air out of the front of the machine to cool the space, making it more comfortable. The effect is similar to stepping out of a shower on a warm day and feeling the cold air on your skin. It is a very effective, low cost, and environmentally friendly method of air cooling. This method of cooling is most effective in dry, low humidity areas with good amounts of ventilation. The Master BC 120 is also able to filter out dust and it can purify air using the ionisation feature, meaning that it only circulates clean cool air.

Please note that evaporative coolers are only suitable for open / well ventilated spaces. They should not be used in enclosed indoor spaces or spaces where a rise in humidity could cause damage, such as sotrage containers or server rooms.

Consumes Up To 8 - 10 Litres Per Hour: Water is pumped from the water tank up to the top of the unit. The water flows down thorough the cooling pad and back into the tank.

Airflow Of 12,000m3/h: This evaporative cooler is designed to create comfortable environments for busy areas on warm days in large areas up to 150m2.

Large Cooling Pad: As warm, ambient air is draw into the machine and through the wet cooling pad, it cools and causes water droplets to evaporate into the air. This process naturally reduces the temperature of the air.

Powerful Fan: The internal fan blows cooled air out of the front of the machine and distrbutes it around the space.

Clean Cool Air: The evaporative air cooler is also able to filter out dust and it can purify air using the ionisation feature.

4 Sturdy Castors: The base is fitted with four castors, so once it is on the ground you can simply push it around a site and place it wherever it is needed. They have secure brakes that ensure they can be locked into position.
