Heylo HL 800 Air Purifier
4-stage air filtration for a healthy indoor environment
The Heylo HL 800 is a mobile air purifier. It draws air in from the environment and passes through a four-stage filtration system to remove dust, allergens, pollutants and more. It helps to improve indoor air quality, helping to prevent sickness and alleviating allergies.
This modern air purifier constantly measures how much dirt and pollutants there are in the air and regulates itself. During the day it starts automatically, at night it switches to idle. It filters bacteria, viruses, pollen, dust and odours to ensure clean and healthy indoor air. The Heylo HL 800 is for use in apartments, offices, conference and training rooms, schools and authorities, practices and fitness centers. With its simple design, the HL 800 designer air cleaner fits perfectly into any room. Suitable for room sizes of 66 m² with 5 air changes and 111 m² with 3 air changes with E11 filter.
The filter stages consist of a pre-filter, one 2in1 combination-filter for gases and particles as well as a plasma generator.
The individual stages have the following functions:
1st Stage - Prefilter
A washable plastic filter is used as a pre-filter. The pre-filter filters coarse dust particles of more than 5 micrometers, such as house dust, scales, pollen. The filter can be washed out with water and can therefore be used several times. Heylo recommends replacing the pre-filter annually.
2nd + 3rd Stage
Effective formaldehyde filter with activated carbon
The formaldehyde filter with activated carbon cleans the air of unwanted odours, gases and substances. It also cleans the air of harmful formaldehyde in a very short time. The substances are absorbed by the activated carbon and when the filter is saturated, it must be replaced. Heylo recommends this every 6 months.
In case of strong odour pollution, such as cigarette smoke, a more frequent change may also be advisable.
(Optional) Highly efficient HEPA filter (suspended matter filter)
The HEPA filter filters airborne germs, smoke, and dust particles down to 1µm in size at a rate of 99% or more. In combination with the multifunctional filter, the HEPA filter can filter out microscopic particles with a diameter of more than 20 nanometres, including bacterial mould, dust, allergens, and some viruses. The HEPA H14 filter is available as an optional accessory.
4th Stage - Ionization
By applying strong electric fields, ionizers can electrically charge individual air particles and thus increase the ion concentration in the room air. The charged particles are more reactive and can thus destroy odour molecules and other pollutants. At the same time, differently charged particles attract each other and form larger lumps that sink to the ground faster and can be filtered out of the air more easily.
