HEYLO DCS-PF1400 Dust Control System
Complete kit for containing & extracting dust & pollutants on site
The HEYLO DCS-PF1400 Dust Control System is a complete dust extraction kit, ideal for use on site during construction, renovation and decorating work.
This dust protection system includes the HEYLO DCD-3.0 dust control door, a HEYLO PowerFilter 1400 air cleaner, along with a G4 'coarse dust' pre-filter, F9 'fine dust' M-Class main filter, ducting adapter and 7.6m ducting hose.
The system is designed to be erected quickly and easily around doorways and wall openings on site. It creates negative pressure in rooms to prevent dust from spreading around and allows coarse and fine dust, as well as pollutants such as mould spores, allergens and smoke, to be safely extracted. This dust control system helps to reduce mess and improve safety.
HEYLO PowerFilter 1400 Air Cleaner
The HEYLO PowerFilter 1400 is an industrial air cleaner, offering two-stage filtration, to remove hazardous particles in the air, such as coarse and fine dust, as well as mould spores, pollen, animal hairs, smoke and more. The pre-filter filters out coarse dust up to 3 µm and the main filter filters out fine dust and airborne particles up to 1 µm. It offers a maximum airflow of 1,010 m³/h and the compact size and robust design of the HEYLO PowerFilter 1400 make it easy to transport and put into position on site. The ducting hose adapter included in this system can be fixed on to the air intake, allowing flexible ducting can be fixed on to the machine. The 7.6m (205mm dia) flexible ducting included in the dust control system can be fixed on to this hose adapter, so that the machine can be used to extract dirty air from the work area through the dust control door.
A G4 "course dust" pre-filter comes included with the system, to filter out coarse dust particles up to 3 µm. An F9 M-Class "fine dust" main filter is also included with the system, to filter out fine dust particles up to 1 µm. A HEPA H14 H-Class main filter is available as an optional accessory, suitable for filtering certain biological working materials, such as mould spores and other harmful substances. An activated carbon filter is also optionally available, which binds odour molecules, such as mouldy odour, tobacco smoke, heating oil odour, solvent vapours or ozone.
HEYLO DCD-3.0 Dust Control Door
The dust control door kit includes the door base element, 2 x PVC foil, Velcro fastener and a transport bag. The door features two integrated openings with closing caps that allow for up to 2 x 205mm air hoses to be inserted. This allows the ducting from the PV 1400 air cleaner to be inserted, to create negative pressure and extract dust and pollutants from the space.
The HEYLO dust control door can be used for door widths from 680mm to 830mm. It can also be used on door widths of up to 1430mm, using optional adaptors to extend the width of the kit.
Optional Adapter Set For Wider Doors
An optional adapter set is available as an accessory, which features 4 adapters (A, B, C & D) and two extra dust sheets, which allow the dust control door to be used on wider doors.
To extend the dust control door width up to 1430mm wide, the following optional adapters will be needed:
- 680mm - 830mm: No adapters required.
- 830mm - 980mm: Adapter A (Right-150mm)
- 980mm - 1130mm: Adapter A (Right-150mm) & Adapter B (Left-150mm)
- 1130mm - 1280mm: Adapter B (Left-150mm) & Adapter C (Right-300mm)
- 1280mm - 1430mm: Adapter C (Right-300mm) & Adapter D (Left-300mm)
The PVC sheets included in the adapter setwill also be needed for wider door widths:
- 2 x DCD 3.0 PVC Sheets (W 68cm x L 200cm) - for entrance widths up to 1130mm
- 2 x DCD 3.0 PVC Sheets (W 100cm x L 200cm) - for entrance widths up to 1430mm
