Herschel Advantage heaters are no exception to this. They are effective, reliable, zero-emission, zero light and zero maintenance space heaters.
Herschel have a practical, easy to use and innovative control system available for their infrared heaters which consists of their T-R2 Receiver and T-T2 Wireless Thermostat. The Herschel T-R2 receiver is specifically designed to control Herschel infrared heaters. It is wired to the mains electricity supply and also to the Herschel heater(s) you wish to control. It features a simple on / off switch, a 1 hour boost function, a temperature sensor and the latest open window technology. The Herschel T-T2 wireless thermostat connects to the receiver via wifi and allows you to control the Herschel heaters remotely, from anywhere within the space. The thermostat features 7 day programmable heating controls, as well as immediate temperature control, so you can adjust the heater settings as needed. The receiver and thermostat also allow optional WiFi control via the SmartLife app.
A single T-R2 receiver can control up to 2kW of heaters, and a thermostat can be linked up to multiple T-R2 receivers. So if you have a large area to heat, you can install multiple Herschel heaters and receivers to create a single network of heaters. This allows you to control all of the heaters using the single wireless thermostat, to completely control the heating within your space. Please Note: Herschel Advantage heaters should be installed on a wall 2.3m - 2.5m up from the ground, and at least 0.3m from the ceiling. They must be installed in a position that allows efficient and effective heating but prevents hot parts from being touched accidentally. As these units are not fitted with a protective grill, they are not for domestic or household use.
