Sonniger Guard Electric Air Curtain
Thermal Barrier & Temperature Regulator
Struggling to maintain a comfortable indoor climate due to large entryways in a high traffic area? Heavy footfall entering a building will inevitably carry in outdoor air, massively impacting the temperature, causing discomfort and substantial increases in utility bills.
The Sonniger GUARD range of electric air curtains efficiently minimise heat loss in high traffic entryways. These efficient air barriers are perfect for commercial spaces, especially restaurants, bars, hotels, offices, reception areas and sport centres.
Each model features a sleek modern design to compliment and blend with any interior style. Mounting brackets are included for horizontal over door installation, though vertical mounting is possible with additional brackets sold separately. For larger openings, multiple units may be used in tandem for wider coverage.
The GUARD electric range creates a curtain of heated air, which ignificantly reduces the amount of energy loss from entryways, such as an open doorway.
Sleek, Cost-Effective & Efficient
The new and improved GUARD range of air curtains boast high performance parameters with the electric range delivering 7kW to 14kW heat output. Electric models deliver an impressive 2000-4,800m3/hr airflow, up to 3.5m mounting height and air throw. Ambient and hot water-fed versions are also available on our site.
The units facilitate flexible control options and three speed settings, altering the height of performance parameters, so you can specifically regulate the volume of heat loss from the entryway.
Noise levels are as low as 59 dB(A), meaning the invisible barrier will silently work away to preserve the indoor climate without a worry of disruption whilst the unit operates. All models in the range feature an operation temperature range of -10oC to +40oC, so the air curtain is suitable for use in challenging climates, such as industrial warehouses and factories. Plus, with an IP20 rating, the air curtains are resistant to dust and debris carried indoors by wind or kicked up by footfall passing through.
