Industrial Dust Extraction for Professional Applications

The Dustcontrol DC2900C 230V is suitable for vacuum cleaning and source extraction from handheld power tools with suction casings up to 5 inches, as well as small table saws. Its steel chassis and large wheels provide stability on site while maintaining portability for regular transport between work areas.

Filtration and Dust Management

The extractor is equipped with a cellulose fine filter (EN 60335-2-69, Class M) and a secondary HEPA filter with classification H13. The combination supports controlled dust separation for a wide range of construction and workshop tasks. The DC2900C configuration uses a plastic sack (intellibag) system for contained dust collection and simplified disposal.

Operational Performance

The unit supports general cleaning tasks and direct tool extraction. Airflow and negative pressure capacity allow use with saws, grinders and similar equipment within the recommended tool category. The steel frame helps maintain structural rigidity during movement and operation. The extractor remains lightweight enough for manual handling across multi-level sites.

Autostart Function

The DC2900C Autostart version includes an integrated outlet for tool-linked activation. When the selector switch is set to Auto, the extractor starts automatically when the connected tool is switched on.
