The Dustcontrol DC1800 230V is engineered for efficient source extraction from handheld tools and small woodworking machinery, as well as general cleaning tasks across construction, workshop, and rental environments. Its lightweight construction allows easy handling on site, while the compact footprint enables convenient storage beneath workbenches or in service vehicles.

Filtration and Dust Containment

The unit incorporates a cellulose fine filter with 99.9% separation efficiency (EN 60335-2-69, Class M) and a HEPA H13 filter stage with 0.85 m² surface area. Combined, the system provides 99.995% overall separation efficiency in accordance with EN 60335-2-69 Appendix A-A, Class H. Dust is collected within a steel container fitted with a disposable plastic sack for straightforward handling.

Performance and Operation

Operating at 66 dB(A), the DC1800 provides low-noise extraction suitable for continuous use in occupied or sensitive environments. Airflow and negative pressure performance support direct connection to suction casings up to 5 inches and a range of small table saws. The 230V version delivers a maximum power draw of 1285 W.

Autostart Function

The DC1800 Autostart variant allows a connected power tool to control the unit through the integrated outlet. When the selector switch is placed in the Auto position, the extractor activates automatically when the tool is switched on.
