Showcasing Dustcontrol’s technical expertise, the DC AirCube 1200 uses an advanced airflow management system. Stable and consistent air pressure is drawn through an encapsulated fan housing fitted with a high-quality radial blower, ensuring effective air cleaning performance even as the filter loads during operation.
To match airflow to specific application requirements, the fan speed is continuously variable. This allows reduced energy consumption during periods of lower activity while maintaining effective air cleaning performance, making the unit suitable for extended or overnight air scrubbing.
The DC AirCube 1200 uses a multi-stage filtration system to achieve a high level of air quality. Initial separation is handled by a pre-filter that captures coarser particles and extends the service life of the final stage. Final filtration is provided by a HEPA H13 filter, delivering particle capture performance in accordance with EN 1822-1.
