Engineered for the construction, agricultural and commercial industries, Atlantis StoraFuel Steel Bunded Diesel Tanks have been designed to save time and money on site by ensuring there is always a ready supply of fuel.
Equipment like space heaters, tools and machinery in the workshop or on-site need constant refuelling. Atlantis tanks provide a safe and easy solution for storing extra fuel to refuel equipment without having to stop and travel to the main fuel source.
These bunded steel fuel tanks can fitted with 1" generator feed & return sockets and generator flow and return lines, to be used as an external fuel tank for diesel fired space heaters, generators and other equipment. They can also be fitted with a wide range of different fuel dispensing nozzles, and used as a convenient refulling point for equipment, tools and machinery on site. Safe Storage Of White & Red Diesel
The StoraFuel Steel Bunded Diesel Tanks are suitable for the storage of Derv (white diesel) or Gas Oil (red diesel).
The liquid is stored in the primary or inner tank while the outer tank forms the required bund.
Boasting 110% of the primary tank’s capacity, these tanks are suitable for both domestic and commercial installations.
A bunded tank is a tank within a tank. The outer tank provides protection for the inner tank, which therefore makes it harder for the inner tank to fail.
In the unlikely event of the inner tank failing, the outer tank will provide secondary containment.
Each corner has robust lifting eyes to help move the tank into position.
However, all tanks are designed to be static tank and not certified to be transported when full of fuel.
They also should be situated on a non-combustible even and level terrain/surface.

Constructed to highest standards
Atlantis StoraFuel Steel Bunded Diesel Tanks are made in accordance with BS799 pt5. They have a lockable cabinet door, overfill alarm, clock face contents gauge and a fully UK compliant fuel point, which is fitted with a lever ball valve and incorporates a non-return valve to prevent any unwanted spillages. There is even a small tin of 'touch-up' paint for applying when scratches might occur.

Everything you need to supply fuel on site
We have a choice of optional accessories available for these diesel tanks, including a manway access hatch, hydrostatic contents gauge (to replace the included clock face gauge), 1" generator feed & return sockets and a generator flow and return diesel hose set. The flow and return sockets and hose sets can be used to connect the tank up to a space heater or generator, so that the tank acts as an external fuel tank for the equipment, to give you much longer operating times without the need to refuel.
We also have a wide range of dispensing pumps available to fit these tanks, allowing them to be used to refuel equipment and machinery on site as and when required.
