The hydro heater is designed to run on alternative renewable fuel sources such as biomass or wood pellets. As combustion processes occur in an external boiler, no oxygen is consumed, nor harmful fumes are produced. This maintains a higher quality of indoor air, so less ventilation is required. The Siroc Hydro achieves the target temperature exceptionally efficiently. This is especially effective in cold climates where an indoor temperature of 35 °C (95 °F) is an absolute must for day-old chicks.
