The HEYLO DCS-PV3000 Dust Control System is a complete kit, designed to be erected quickly and easily around doorways and wall openings on site, to help with the containment and safe extraction of dust during construction, renovation, decorating work and more.

This system includes the HEYLO DCD-3.0 dust control door, a HEYLO PowerVent 3000 axial ventilator fan, along with an M-Class dust bag, ducting hose adapter and 7.6m ducting hose.

Used together, this system allows you to seal rooms off on site to prevent dust from spreading around an entire building during work. This system creates negative pressure to prevent dust from spreading around and extracts dust from the area, collecting it in the M-Class dust bag. It helps to reduce mess and improve safety on site.

HEYLO PowerVent 3000 Axial Ventilator Fan

The PowerVent 3000 is a compact, tough and powerful 230v ventilation fan, designed for use in challenging work areas. It features a robust plastic casing, portable design and offers a maximum airflow rating of 3102m³/h. It features 305mm dia air inlets and outlets, and it can be fitted with the hose adapter included in this system to reduce the diameter to 205mm. This allows 205mm diameter ducting to be fitted to the fan, which is the size compatible with the openings on the dust control door. The 7.6m (205mm dia) flexible ducting included in the dust control system can be fixed on to the ventilator fan using the hose adapter, so that it can be used as a portable extractor fan. The M-Class dust bag can be fitted to the air outlet to collect the dust extracted from the space.

HEYLO DCD-3.0 Dust Control Door

The dust control door kit includes the door base element, 2 x PVC foil, Velcro fastener and a transport bag. The door features two integrated openings with closing caps that allow for up to 2 x 205mm air hoses to be inserted. This allows the ducting from the PowerVent 3000 ventilator fan to be inserted, to create negative pressure and extract dust from the space.

The HEYLO dust control door can be used for door widths from 680mm to 830mm. It can also be used on door widths of up to 1430mm, using optional adaptors to extend the width of the kit.

Optional Adapter Set For Wider Doors

An optional adapter set is available as an accessory, which features 4 adapters (A, B, C & D) and two extra dust sheets, which allow the dust control door to be used on wider doors.

To extend the dust control door width up to 1430mm wide, the following optional adapters will be needed:

• 680mm - 830mm: No adapters required.
• 830mm - 980mm: Adapter A (Right-150mm)
• 980mm - 1130mm: Adapter A (Right-150mm) & Adapter B (Left-150mm)
• 1130mm - 1280mm: Adapter B (Left-150mm) & Adapter C (Right-300mm)
• 1280mm - 1430mm: Adapter C (Right-300mm) & Adapter D (Left-300mm)

The PVC sheets included in the adapter setwill also be needed for wider door widths:

• 2 x DCD 3.0 PVC Sheets (W 68cm x L 200cm) - for entrance widths up to 1130mm
• 2 x DCD 3.0 PVC Sheets (W 100cm x L 200cm) - for entrance widths up to 1430mm

M Class Dust Bag: Fixes to the air outlet on the ventilator fan to collect dust extracted from the space.

Hose Adapter: Fixes on to the ventilator fan, reducing the diameter of the opening from 305mm to 205mm, allowing 205mm ducting to be fixed on to the fan. This diameter ducting is compatible with the openings on the dust control door.

7.6m Ducting: Fixes on to the hose adapter on the ventilator fan and is inserted through one of the openings on the dust control door. Allows dust to be extracted safely from the space.
