Up To 3kW Heating Capacity: The EXHEAT STW unit offers three options in terms of heating power. The convector heater produces great heating power for medium sized industrial and commercial spaces. Applications include, but are not limited to, container heating, equipment rooms and workshops.
Robust Steel Construction: The unit features a die cast aluminium terminal box finished in a powder coat, which gives it an IP66 rating. It can withstand powered water jets coming from all sides and has the highest level of dust protection.
Corrosion Resistance: The convector heater is constructed with powder-coated carbon steel finished in the elegant grey colour, RAL 9007. Highlighting a simple yet elegant design not only adds aesthetic appeal but also protects the unit from corrosion damage caused by moisture and other environmental factors.
Floor/Wall-Mounting: The STW heater needs to be mounted in a horizontal position on a floor or wall, allowing free airflow around the unit. It comes with pre-drilled support feet as part of the standard equipment.
High-Quality Element: Its durable 304 stainless steel finned elements contain a combination of chromium and nickel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and durability. They are designed to provide efficient heat transfer and long-lasting performance at elevated temperatures.
Optional Thermostat: An integrated, externally adjustable thermostat is available as an option for room temperature control from 0°C to 40°C.
Plugged Cable Entry Provided: To simplify installation, a plugged 25mm cable entry is supplied for easy wiring. This feature also helps to prevent dust and debris from entering the unit, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

To enhance user convenience, the STW heater offers an externally adjustable thermostat as an option. This feature enables hassle-free room temperature control from 0°C to 40°C, ensuring that the heater operates at the desired temperature range and creates a comfortable environment for users in hazardous areas. Furthermore, the unit provides options for both 240v and 110v, allowing for flexible installation and compatibility with various electrical systems.
To ensure proper installation, the STW heater should be mounted horizontally, either on a floor or a wall, enabling unrestricted airflow around the unit. It is supplied with pre-drilled support feet as standard equipment. A convenient 25mm cable entry is provided for easier wiring during installation. This design element also serves the purpose of safeguarding the unit against the intrusion of dust and debris, which in turn helps maintain the heater's performance and durability over time.
