These maintenance-free heating units provide comfortable heat quickly and efficiently.
Herschel Summit infrared heaters are suitable for locations with manageable or relatively low disturbance airflows. They can be mounted to a wall or ceiling quickly and easily, exactly where required, without having to use the ducting or flues associated with traditional fan heaters. Due to their efficient and effective heating capabilities, indoor or outdoor usability and modern, stylish design, Summit heaters are amongst the most popular heaters in this range. The subtle, streamline and attractive design allows these heaters to effortlessly sit within a multitude of public or customer spaces such as bars, restaurants, terraces, retail floors, reception areas, galleries, exhibitions and more. These units are available with or without a remote control (Summit 2600R). The remote offers 2 power settings (100% and 50%) and a 1-9 hour timer.
Herschel have a practical, easy to use and innovative thermostat control system available for their infrared heaters. It is ideal if you opt for the Summit heater without a remote control. This system consists of their T-R2 Receiver and T-T2 Wireless Thermostat. The Herschel T-R2 receiver is wired to the heater and to the mains electricity supply. It features a simple on / off switch, a 1 hour boost function, a temperature sensor and open window technology. The Herschel T-T2 wireless thermostat connects to the receiver via wifi and allows you to control the heater(s) remotely, from anywhere within the space. The receiver and thermostat also allow optional WiFi control via the SmartLife app.
The thermostat features 7 day programmable heating controls, as well as immediate temperature control, so you can adjust the heater's output as needed. The thermostat can be linked up to multiple T-R2 receivers. So if you have a large area to heat, you can install multiple Herschel heaters and receivers to create a single network of heaters. This allows you to control all of the heater units using the single wireless thermostat, to completely control the temperature within your space.
