Removes Up To 86.5L/Day: This is a high-quality refrigerant dehumidifier, specifically designed and built to perform in challenging environments. It has a broad working temperature range of 3°C up to 35°C.
Digital Control Pad: An easy to read screen display allows for superior control, quick access to settings, and detailed readouts of the dehumidifier. It displays accurate room humidity, temperature, energy consumption, service status, and allows for easy fault finding. It also includes a built-in hygrostat.
Airflow Rate Of 1000m³/h: This unit has an impressive airflow to draw in large volumes of humid air and remove moisture using the natural process of condensation.
Eco-Friendly: Uses the new, cleaner R454c refrigerant that is more efficient and meets 2020 EU regulations
Gravity Fed Drainage: Designed for permanent, gravity fed drainage. The dehumidifier does not have an internal tank, but a drain outlet that can be connected to a ½” hose connection, for continuous operation.
Optional Remote Hygrostat Available: The hygrostat comes with a 3m cable and allows you to set a desired humidity level within the space. The hygrostat will switch the dehumidifier on and off automatically in order to maintain the set humidity level, saving energy and adding extra convenience.
Galvanised Steel Design: The outer casing is manufactured from powder coated hot galvanized steel and the evaporator and condenser are epoxy coated, for protection and durability on site.
Hot Gas Defrost: An automatic defrosting function is also built into the system. If the evaporator reaches 5℃, the solenoid valve flushes the evaporator with hot gas. Once a preset temperature is reached, the dehumidifier resumes regular operation.
Large Wheels & Handle: The adjustable handle and large durable wheels allow for excellent mobility between rooms and even up stairs and down to basements.
The Dantherm CDT 90 refrigerant dehumidifier can remove up to 86.5 litres of excess moisture from a space within 24 hours. It has an operating temperature range of 3°C - 35°C and an airflow rate of 1000m³/h, so it is effective in a range of climates and can circulate the air in larger areas. The Dantherm CDT 90 dehumidifier is ideal for water damage restoration, drying buildings, protecting from steam condensation and more. It uses the natural process of condensation to remove excess moisture from the air and the surface areas of walls and floors. An efficient fan draws in humid air through the large front vent and it passes through a refrigerated evaporator. The moisture condenses on contact with the cold surface of the refrigerated coils, and the water flows out of the drain outlet, which can be fitted with a hose and fed down a drain or into a container. The cold, dry air is then passed through a hot condenser before it is expelled into the room to repeat the process.
The Dantherm CDT 90 MKIII is a more environmentally friendly refrigerant dehumidifier. It contains the newer, eco-friendly R454c refrigerant, which offers improved efficiency, is non-toxic and easily replaces the previous refrigerant used. R454c meets all of the 2020 EU regulations for safe use in climate control equipment.
The Dantherm CDT 90 dehumidifier features an adjustable handle and large, durable wheels that make it easy to move between working spaces. The metal casing is strong and long-lasting, while the evaporator and condenser are epoxy coated to ensure reliability. This dehumidifier is built to withstand challenging conditions and regular use, with bumpers for protection from knocks and bumps on site. The body is streamlined so that it can fit through doorways and halls easily, so it is ideal for use on busy building sites, warehouses, factories and more.
The Dantherm CDT 90 is designed to be used for the continuous drainage of excess moisture. It has a ½” drain outlet that can be connected to a hose, so you can ensure that all of the water that is extracted from the area can flow into a permanent drain or large cistern. The drain outlet allows you to run the dehumidifier all day, without having to empty a small, internal tank. The CDT 90 also has a digital control panel that offers users quick access to all available settings like humidity levels and temperature. The control panel also displays an accurate energy counter, service status and fault finder. There is also an automatic defrosting function, so if the evaporator reaches 5℃ and ice forms on the surface, the solenoid valve flushes it with hot gas. Once the dehumidifier reaches a preset temperature, it resumes regular operation. This ensures full functionality at all times. The Dantherm CDT 90 is easy to set up, monitor and control on site. It is ideal for new users and can be up and running in no time at all, controlling the humidity in any space. You can also add a remote hygrostat to your order. The hygrostat comes with a 3 metre cable and allows you to set a desired humidity level within the space. It will also switch the dehumidifier on and off as required, maintaining the preset humidity level, and saving on energy costs.
