Condensate Pump Kit Available: A condensate pump cassette with a 10m hose can be supplied. This allows the unit to pump the condensate to a drain up to 10m from the dehumidifier and has a vertical lift capability of 3 metres. Using the pump removes the need to manually empty the water tank when it becomes full, and allows moisture to be pumped out of basements and cellars easily.
Optional Remote Hygrostat Available: The hygrostat comes with a 3m cable and allows you to set a desired humidity level within the space. The hygrostat will switch the dehumidifier on and off automatically in order to maintain the set humidity level, saving energy and adding extra convenience.
Galvanised Steel Design: The outer casing is manufactured from powder coated hot galvanized steel and the evaporator and condenser are epoxy coated, for protection and durability on site.
Hot Gas Defrost: An automatic defrosting function is also built into the system. If the evaporator reaches 5℃, the solenoid valve flushes the evaporator with hot gas. Once a preset temperature is reached, the dehumidifier resumes regular operation.
Large Wheels & Handle: The adjustable handle and large durable wheels allow for excellent mobility between rooms and even up stairs and down to basements.

The Dantherm CDT 60 refrigerant dehumidifier is a professional machine that can remove up to 65 litres of excess moisture from a space within 24 hours. It has an operating temperature range of 3°C - 35°C and an airflow rate of 725m³/h, so it is effective in a range of climates and can circulate the air in larger areas. The Dantherm CDT 60 dehumidifier is ideal for water damage restoration, drying buildings, protecting from steam condensation and more. It uses the natural process of condensation to remove excess moisture from the air and the surface areas of walls and floors. An efficient fan draws in humid air through the large front vent. It draws air in, and it passes through a refrigerated evaporator. The moist air condensates on contact with the cold surface of the evaporator, and the water drips directly into the internal water tank. The cold, dry air is then passed through a hot condenser before it is expelled into the room to repeat the process.
The Dantherm CDT 60 MKIII is a more environmentally friendly refrigerant dehumidifier. It contains the newer, eco-friendly R454c refrigerant, which offers improved efficiency, is non-toxic and easily replaces the previous refrigerant used. R454c meets all of the 2020 EU regulations for safe use in climate control equipment.
The Dantherm CDT 60 dehumidifier features an adjustable handle and large, durable wheels that make it easy to move between working spaces. The Dantherm CDT 60 has a digital control panel that offers users quick access to all available settings like humidity levels and temperature. The control panel also displays an accurate energy counter, service status, fault finder, and a full water tank alert. The dehumidifier automatically stops operating if the water tank reaches capacity so it can be left running while unattended. There is also an automatic defrosting function, so if the evaporator reaches 5℃ and ice forms on the surface, the solenoid valve flushes it with hot gas. Once the dehumidifier reaches a preset temperature, it resumes regular operation. This ensures full functionality at all times. The Dantherm CDT 60 is easy to set up, monitor and control on site. It is ideal for new users and can be up and running in no time at all, controlling the humidity in any space.
This dehumidifier comes with a 14 litre water collection tank as standard. When the tank is full, the dehumidifier will stop operating until you empty it. A ½” hose can also be connected to the dehumidifier for gravity fed drainage, allowing continuous operation. As an upgrade option, we have condensate pump cassettes and 10 metre drain hose kits available, which can be fitted in place of the water tank. The cassette allows the CDT 60 dehumidifier to pump the condensate water away to a drain up to 10m from the unit, with a vertical lift of 3 metres. Using the condensate pump cassette allows you to run the dehumidifier continuously, improving productivity and speeding up drying times. You also don’t have to keep returning to the dehumidifier to empty the tank! You can also add a remote hygrostat to your order. The hygrostat comes with a 3 metre cable and allows you to set a desired humidity level within the space. It will also switch the dehumidifier on and off as required, maintaining the preset humidity level, and saving on energy costs.
