The radiant heat is produced by quartz holgen lamps, which are more durable than older style halogen tubes. These elements produce a reduced glow with a low glare, so the majority of the energy is converted into heat rather than light.

There are 3 models of the Broughton RG308 infrared heater available to suit every application. The RG308/13 is a 240v heater capable of supplying 2.8kW of radiant heat, with a variable heat setting of just 1.4kW for when a lower level of heating is required. The RG308/16 is a 110v heater which produces 1.6kW of radiant heat, with a variable heat setting of 800w when required, as is supplied with a site friendly 110v 16A plug. The RG308/32 is a 110v heater with a maximum heat output of 3kW, with a variable setting for just 1.5kW if needed.
